豆酱蒸排骨
材料:新鲜排骨,姜丝,蒜米
酱料:豆酱,糖,薯粉
(1)新鲜排骨洗干净,沥干水
(2)姜切丝,蒜米切幼
(3)把豆酱,糖和薯粉和排骨搅拌均匀,撒上姜丝和蒜米
(4)把排骨蒸熟,用筷子插得入就代表熟了
