材料: 150g 牛油 butter 70g 糖 icing sugar 160g 面粉 flour 40g 蛋黄粉 custard powder 50g 黍粉 corn powder 蛋黄1粒 egg yolk vanilla essence 少许
(1)把牛油和糖用打至发白 (2)加入蛋黄和vanilla essence 再打至均匀 (3)加入筛过的面粉,蛋黄粉,黍粉,搅拌均匀 (4)用挤花袋挤出形状,放入预热烤箱烤20分钟即可
